Fiarah, a beautiful and magical elf historian, the last of her kind, must again confront a new evil that has risen. Centuries before, a power hungry sorcerer killed all other his- torians so he could rewrite history to his own liking.  Having escaped this loathsome foe so long ago, she is now forced to combat another even worse than the first.
She must somehow survive to warn the peoples of her world that once again, all is at risk and freedom may become a thing of the past.  Will she be able to convince them in time what the true danger is from one with such corrupted power? Will Fiarah and her courageous friends have what it takes to save their people?   Her knowledge and skill may be all that stands between an acceptable outcome.

Thanks again for writing such enjoyable stories. The depth of character development is wonderful. The motives driving each character (even the villains) are very real and believable. The interaction between good and evil is more than just a background for a story, it is a conflict of personal values and resolving relationships.

The personal hopes, trials, successes, and failures of the characters in the books are much more real and detailed than in the usual fantasy novel, and as a reader you really feel like the characters have become well-known good friends. I especially enjoyed the wholesome goodness that permeates the book, and how the principles and morals of the characters have such a positive impact.

Of all the science fiction/fantasy literature I have read, this is my favorite series.

Thank you so much for publishing the Chronicles of by K.L. Morgan.  They are very popular with our patrons here a the Brigham City Library.   I can suggest these to any age fantasy reader and know they will be eager to go on to the next book in the series.  They are well written with a fast enough pace to keep the reader turning the page to find what happens next.   The characters are real people to the reader, believable and easy to love or hate.   The Struggle between good and evil is well depicted.Keep up the good work...  we hope to see more from K.L. Morgan and TriQuest Publishing.

To: TriQuest Publishing From: A big fan of K.L. Morgan - Please pass this on to author.

What an incredible adventure I have just experienced by reading the "Chronicles of Fiarah." I just completed the closing lines of the last volume of the series, "Beyond the Portals of Time". To me, this book was astonishing. My mind and spirit were moved to another dimension. An incredible world conceived in the mind of K.L. Morgan was revealed to me. The last time I had such an experience was while reading the ‘Hobbit" and "The Lord of the Rings" by JRR Tolkien.

This series carried me through all shades of emotion while I followed each of the characters as they were introduced. The story gave me a real insight into the diversity and tender emotions of each individual. The rejections, the defeat, scorn, pride, love, mastery, wisdom, commitment, victories, intrigue, and the many other human emotions that dwell in all of us have been woven into these personalities. Your characters truly capture the essence of real people in a far off setting.

I know that this was written as a fantasy story, but the application of balance, justice and consequence and the actions of the characters of your stories can be applied to our own lives right now in the real world. They really amuse and inspire me.

Where did this great adventure come from? Such a realistic creation of peoples, names, songs, places, regions, cities, interwoven into such marvelous story lines demands that I read it again from the beginning to end, and recapture these great journeys just one more time.

Thank you for a wonderful experience,
J B Crowther
